Send us your site. We will review it the way a customer, Google and an AI assistant each see it, then send back a plain-English report ranking the fixes that matter most. Free, and no obligation.
A few details is all we need. We will come back with next steps, a written scope and an honest view of what it takes.
Custom software · Melbourne
Web apps, customer portals, internal tools and SaaS products for businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets and off-the-shelf software. Scoped in writing, built in sprints you can test, and handed over with the full source code.
Free, no obligation. A written quote within two business days.
Our approach
Off-the-shelf software is built for the average business. When yours is not average, you end up with workarounds: spreadsheets between systems, the same data entered twice, and staff time lost to tools that almost fit.
We design and build software around your process: a written specification first, a clickable prototype you can try before anything is built, then working releases every sprint so you see progress and can change direction early.
Everything is built on mainstream, well-supported technology and handed over with the full source code and documentation. You are never locked to us.
Sound familiar?
If the workaround costs more each year than building it properly, it is time.
Critical work living in shared spreadsheets that break, conflict and cannot be audited.
The same information typed into two or three systems because they do not talk to each other.
Paying for a platform, then working around the parts that do not match how you operate.
Subscription costs that grow with every staff member and every new feature tier.
An old system nobody can change, built by someone who is no longer around.
Clients emailing and calling for status updates a portal could give them instantly.
What we build
Start small, prove the value, then build on it.
One workflow automated end to end, or a focused internal tool that replaces a spreadsheet.
Applications your team or your customers log into every day.
Products you sell, and systems your business cannot run without.
How we build
The engineering basics that keep software maintainable for years.
What the software does, who uses it and how, agreed before build starts.
Try the screens and flows before a line of production code is written.
Working releases every one to two weeks, so you see progress and steer early.
Automated and manual testing on every release, with a staging environment to try changes.
Secure authentication, role-based access, encrypted data and regular dependency updates.
Full source code, documentation and deployment notes. You own all of it.
Build or buy
Sometimes off the shelf is the right answer. We will tell you if it is.
| Custom software | Off-the-shelf SaaS | No-code tools | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Fit to your process | Exact | Partial, you adapt to it | Good for simple workflows |
| Cost over time | Upfront, then low running costs | Ongoing per-seat fees | Low to start, grows with use |
| Ownership | You own the code | Rented | Rented, tied to the platform |
| Integrations | Anything with an API | What the vendor supports | What the connectors support |
| Scales to | As far as you need | The vendor’s roadmap | Limited at volume |
